Login to to Clish—> Support–> DataCollect
* Go to elevate mode…
Login– Support— maintenance– (give the default password P@ssw0rd) elevate
* copy the files
# cp -avrp /tmp/DataCollect.zip /inst/patch/incoming
#chmod -R 777 /inst/patch/incoming/DataCollect.zip
Then open a share from clish menu
Login —- manage—- software — share open
Notice the share path.
* then mount the path from your local windows desktop using map a network drive option
and make sure that you use connect using different credential.
* copy the files from the network path then close the share
Login —- manage—- software — share closed
